Fitness Classes

Fitness class
We have several group fitness classes weekly. Our schedule includes a variety of Total Body Conditioning, Stability Ball, and Cardio Pump classes using free weights, challenge bands, ankle tubing, body bars, steps and stability balls. Large classes are taught on the tennis courts. We also have Circuit classes that combine all our fitness equipment and the cable machines for a great strength training class.

Cardio and strength fitness classes are free for fitness members, and non-members can drop in for a $10 fee. Yoga is $5/class for members and $10/class for non-members.

Mondays:

8:00am: Stability Ball with Donna
10:00am: Strength and Balance with Bill
11:00am: Yoga with Ruth

Tuesdays:

8:00am: Circuit with Donna

Wednesdays:

8:00am: Strength Training with Bill
10:00am: Strength and Balance with Bill
11:00am: Yoga with Ruth

Thursdays:

8:00am: Circuit with Bill

Fridays:

8:00am: Cardio and Strength with Donna
10:00am: Strength and Balance with Bill

Saturdays:

8:00am: Circuit with Bill

Sundays:

8:00am: Circuit with Bill
